Banishing that tension

Experience how neck and shoulder tension you might not even know you had is holding you back from your movement potential. A set of simple exercises that you can do daily to reduce tension and increase performance

Improving your body's elasticity

"Fascial Full Body Workout" increases your body's ability to store kinetic energy by using your body's fascial system's elastic recoil. This builds the body's elasticity, which in turn allows for fast recovery from strenuous adventures

Techniques to make your rest more restful

"Constructive Rest" is an relaxation technique to help you rest "efficiently" where you will spend a minimum amount of time to feel really rested and energised after. It's the exercise world equivalent of a power nap!

Lets do the diaphragm shake

The "Diaphragm Shake" is a fun but effective breathing exercise to help free your breathing and activate your parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for "rest, digest and procreation"
