1. Definition and Interpretation

In these Terms of Service, unless the context otherwise requires or as provided under the other provisions of these Terms of Services, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

“Session(s)” shall mean any group session(s) scheduled by Greytt, taught and instructed by Greytt’s appointed trainer(s), for individuals who have purchased Greytt’s services on the Platform;

The “Company” (also referred to as “Greytt”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) refers to Greytt Pte Ltd;

“May” means has the right, but not the obligation to do something and may not means the subject does not have the right to do something;

“Platform” shall mean Greytt’s website at www.greytt.com;

“Services” shall mean the services offered on the Platform;

“Package(s)” shall mean the Service listings on the Platform specifying the price of the Service; type of Service(s) offered under the listing; number of Sessions; and time period for the attendance of said number of Sessions;

“Will” and “shall” are expressions of command, not mere expressions of future intent or expectation;

“Confidential Information” means and includes information not available to the public client lists and details, trade secrets, business plans, financial information, employee lists and details, information known to a party to be confidential, information which may affect the competitive position of a party, and any information which a party is obligated not to disclose. It includes proprietary information belonging to one party and which is transferred or conveyed to another party; and

2. Acceptance of Terms of Service

Your access to and use of the Services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. By accessing, using the Platform or ticking the applicable checkbox on the Company’s forms during registration, you give your irrevocable acceptance to be bound by this Agreement and any terms disclosed and agreed to by you upon your purchase of the services offered on the Platform. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Platform.

Greytt keeps these Terms of Service under regular review and reserves its right to amend these Terms at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion. We may do this for a variety of reasons including to reflect changes in or requirements of the law, to accommodate new services provided on the Platform, or changes in business practices. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms to be informed of your legal rights and obligations when using the Platform and the Services.
