"Neck and Shoulder Tension Release" is a set of exercises that you can do with the help of fascial massage balls to help first release neck and shoulder tension, then increase shoulder and neck mobility resulting in better posture and more toned shoulders

Walking well to have pain free and longer explorations

Walking is something we do daily, it's healthy only if your gait is bio-mechanically sound. Focusing on the central power house of your body, the pelvis, you will embody efficient pelvic "Bone Rhythm" which is how our bones naturally move 3-dimensionally inside our body. Exercises include "Pelvic walk", "Pelvic Dance" and pelvic mobility exercises using Franklin Method balls using Franklin Method® balls

Foot twisting for confident strides

"Foot twisting" is an exercise aimed at improving your feet's function and improve proprioception - which means the usage of all the parts and muscles of your feet. This in turn can improve comfort and sure footedness in your walk
