The goal is to have highly accurate control of force and angle of the hit (ultimately having the correct vector force to send the golf ball where you want), & know how you can control your joints to make it happen

In this series, using exercises like "spine dance", "one minute focused attention", "pelvic dance", "pelvic walk", "bone rhythm of the knees" and many more to help you achieve better control of your body.
