Sophie is a certified Pilates instructor who is also interested in various movement modalities that complement Pilates practice and teaching. Her goal as an instructor is to help clients feel confident about their bodies and have the freedom to move and live. She is energized and deeply satisfied when she can share her methods with clients and make a positive impact in their lives. As a Pilates teacher, she has had the chance to work with many people over 50. It’s been fascinating to see their different needs and expectations, and adapt her methods to suit the life stage of the individual.
